Terms of Service.

These terms apply when you use hospofound.com or purchase any hospoFOUND product (the “Service”), provided by hospoFOUND, operated by Bertoni (ABN 30 107 386 023) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops future billing but does not refund amounts already paid, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. One-off purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the Service, and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase giving rise to the claim.
